Kindness Yoga is an every day practice for every body. Through this practice, our students become their highest and greatest expressions. Within yoga, meditation and a thriving community, Kindness Yoga cultivates compassion; our truest nature. We are a donation-based studio that focuses on the evolution of the individual within the context of community. Come practice with Kindness to be stronger; mentally, physically and spiritually.
With two Central Denver locations, we are convenient to the neighborhoods of Wash Park, South Pearl, Broadway/6th Ave corridors, Cherry Creek and Downtown.

First-time or beginning yoga student? Our Vinyasa I or KINDA-Hot Yoga classes will give you the confidence and skills you need to grow your Yoga practice. Check out our schedule and look for the GREEN circle.
Vinyasa I – Vinyasa I will introduce you to fundamental yoga poses and the essential alignment to safely expand your yoga practice. Vinyasa is a "flow" style yoga class that links breath with movement, promoting cardiovascular health, physical strength, balance and flexibility.
KINDA-Hot Yoga – A heated class that appeals to new students and athletes alike. KINDA Hot Yoga is a set series of poses that uses extension and compression holds to lengthen and tone the entire body. This series focuses on alignment, balance and facilitates the body's natural detoxification process. KINDA-Hot Yoga music classes are non-verbally guided, not instructed.
