Here’s a FAQ of the most common questions we hear about our Online Registration. If there’s anything we haven’t answered here, please don’t hesitate to ask. Hope to see you in the studios soon!

How do I register for classes online?

You can register on our website by clicking the "Sign Up" button next to each class. If you're on the MindBody Online (MBO) app, or mindbody.io, click "Book Now."

Once that is complete, you will be prompted to sign in or create an account with MBO. If you've taken class with us before, you do not need to create a new account - instead, click "Need New Password?" and enter the email address you signed up with. If you are having issues, please contact our support team!

Do I need a MindBody Online account to pre-register?

Yes! If you are currently practicing with us or have taken a class at Kindness before, you already have a MBO account. Click "Need New Password" and enter the email address you signed up with. If you are having issues signing in, please contact our support team!

Do I have to sign up online to attend class?

Nope! We recommend that you pre-register, especially during the busy winter months, but it is not required to attend class. We save walk-in spots for every class.

How far in advance can I register for a class?

You can sign up for a class 30 days in advance.

What time do I need to show up to ensure I get the spot I registered for?

Plan on showing up at least five minutes before class begins. If you show up less than five minutes before class starts and the class is sold out, your space may be released to the next person in line.

When does pre-registration for a class end?

Pre-registration ends five minutes before class begins.

How do I cancel my registration?

You can cancel your class through the same interface you booked your class with - use your MBO account online or in the app. If you are having trouble cancelling your reservation, get in touch with our support team.

What happens if I need to Late Cancel?

Late Cancel means you cancel less than two hours before the beginning of class. If you have a class package or purchased a $20 drop-in, registered online, and Late Cancel, that class will be marked as used as if you had attended. There will be a Late Cancel fee by January 1st, and maybe sooner, so stay tuned!

Can I pre-register online if I'm using a donation-based drop-in?

If you're attending class using a donation-based drop-in, you'll need to sign up in person at the studio. We have a limited amount of spaces reserved in every class for drop-ins!

What do the numbers below the class time and teacher ("35 of 35 open") mean?

If it says 35 of 35 open, it means that 35 spaces are available to sign up online. There is a limited number of walk-in spaces reserved for every class.

Why can't I see the "Book Now" button?

If you can't see the "Book Now" button, it means that class is full.
