Brittany Kassel

Britt teaches Slow Flow Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga with an emphasis on meditation to cultivate a clear and inspired mind. Her vinyasa classes promise a balance of steady flow, alignment principles, and breath regulation to strengthen the body and center the mind. Britt's restorative classes call on pranayama and mantra to stimulate the body's inherent intelligence towards relaxation and healing. Britt believes practice, meditation, and stillness help to clarify what matters most to us as individuals, which in turn creates the opportunity for greater contribution both to oneself and one's communities. Britt began practicing in 2009. She completed her first training in May 2014 studying with Beth Sanchez, Jeremy Wolf, Saraphena Mesmer, and Cheryl Deer; the second in January 2016, alongside Buffy Barfoot. Her love of working with kids as well as her background in K-12 education inspired her to complete Radiant Beginning's Childrens Yoga Teacher Training in October of 2014.
