Jen Capps

Jen Capps has been teaching yoga since 2012, and teaches at several studios around the Denver area. Jen signed up for her first teacher training program at the Prada Yoga Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan, under the tutelage of Jennifer Whipple, and was immediately hooked on teaching yoga as a career/life path. She has since completed both the 200-hour and 500-hour training programs through Kindness Yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level.

Jen teaches Vinyasa, Yin, and Beginner/Gentle style classes. Her Vinyasa classes are challenging to both the mind and body, for she believes the personal growth we can all achieve through yoga comes from exploring the murky outer fringes of our comfort zones. She has a particular knack for challenging her students even in poses we don't typically think of as difficult. Jen's meticulously designed classes will help you build strength, recover from (and prevent!) injury, and even unburden your tired mind! She has recently joined the Kindness Yoga Teacher Training team and is excited to share the knowledge she has gained through study and practice, as well as to continue her own process of learning and growth.
