Lindsay is an ex-college athlete who found yoga as as wonderful way to heal her sports injuries. As she continued her practice, she quickly realized yoga was a great way to help quiet her busy mind. Lindsay's teaching is accessible to all levels of yogis - she brings a focus on being in the body and relaxing the mind.
