We’ve been honored as Denver’s Best Yoga by the Denver A-List from 2013 through 2018, and Top of the Town by 5280 Magazine in 2014, 2015, 2017, and 2018. The position:

The Communications Team’s work underpins and complements the high-quality classes, sense of community, and superb customer experience we strive to create in our studios. This position is two-fold: managing student relationships and account questions via email and SMS, and curating our social media pages. The position starts at part-time with an opportunity to grow.

This position is based in Denver, Colorado and applicants must reside in the Denver Metro area. The ideal candidate: We are seeking a creative, focused, and responsive individual who is excited to work at a small business with a startup feel. The ideal candidate loves to creatively solve problems, generate new ideas, and collaborate with a small team while keeping the student experience at the forefront. The ideal candidate also:

- Has strong written and verbal communication skills - Is proficient in MindBody Online - Has minimum one year of customer experience - Has dealt with customer support ticket management - Has a high school diploma (college degree preferred

The Day to Day:

- Develop and nurture client relationships through phone, email, online chat, and SMS

- Resolve account issues, membership cancellations, and more daily through email

- Curate and schedule content for Instagram and Facebook pages

- Identify improvements to existing policies and processes to increase efficiency, quality, and service to customers What we have to offer:
