Yoga Teacher Training at Kindness

Advance your practice and pursue your dreams with our yoga teacher trainings

Kindness yoga provides a variety of yoga teacher training opportunities for every step of your yoga education journey. Earn a Yoga Alliance certification or continuing education credits with the guidance of our skilled yoga teacher trainers who will nurture and challenge you throughout the experience.

WHAT SETS KINDNESS APART?

We believe that delving deeper into yoga requires training that is dedicated to developing your skills and your voice as a yoga teacher. It demands an intimate setting where attention is personal, self-realization occurs through simply being present, and long-term friendships are formed.

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN

When training with Kindness, you will learn the most important skills for teaching yoga, including:

  • Safe alignment in all poses
  • Speaking confidently from the heart
  • Creative sequencing
  • A philosophy of yoga that welcomes everyone
  • And so much more!
Our approach emphasizes “learning by doing” and becoming part of something greater. Teachers who have trained at Kindness are working and playing together here in Colorado… and all over the world! When you complete any Kindness Yoga training, you’ll become part of this broad network of colleagues and opportunities.
