A well-rounded training emphasizing Denver’s most popular asana style: vinyasa (meaning “to place in a special way”).

Develop your skills with our signature core curriculum. Focus on creative and effective sequencing, pose knowledge, pranayama (breathwork and breathing cues), demonstration, assists, taking the seat of the teacher, and much more.

Dates: June 8 through August 18 (except 7/6-7/7)
Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays, 9:30am-6:30pm

Emphasis: Vinyasa Flow

Investment: $2600 (single payment) OR

$3000 ($500 non-refundable deposit secures your place; $2500 balance due by start of training)

Starting June 15, our tuition rates are increasing. Tuition will increase from $2600 to $2700 if you opt to pay in full. If you need a payment plan with a deposit, our rates increase from $3000 to $3100.

About Your Instructors


Jordan Smiley

Jordan Smiley, RYT 500

Jordan is a full-time 500-RYT accredited yoga student and teacher dedicated to honoring and sharing the joyful techniques of yoga with all people. His skilled and honorable lineage of teachers includes masters well-acquainted with all of the limbs of yoga, modern spiritual insight, contemporary dance, as well as Tantrik Buddhist and Yogic meditation. Jordan spends over 1,200 hours in the yoga classroom annually, including teaching 200-Hour level Yoga Teacher Trainings, Meditation and Anatomy Courses, where he applies the differentiation and relational skills that he acquired as a public school teacher in the Title-1 setting. Resourcing a dedicated personal practice and a heart of justice, Jordan teaches inclusive, conscientious and contagious public Vinyasa fluid movement and Alignment classes. He supports individuals in their practice; inspires and guides yoga teachers as a mentor and professional resource; teaches Mindfulness and Injury Prevention to young professional dancers; and leads workshops and immersions wherever they take him. Jordan is known for his intuitive yogic choreography, innovative teaching techniques, and heart-centered connection with students. Jen Capps

Jen Capps, E-RYT 500

Jen Capps has been teaching yoga since 2012, and teaches at several studios around the Denver area. Jen signed up for her first teacher training program at the Prada Yoga Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan, under the tutelage of Jennifer Whipple, and was immediately hooked on teaching yoga as a career/life path. She has since completed both the 200-hour and 500-hour training programs through Kindness Yoga, and is registered with Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level.

Jen teaches Vinyasa, Yin, and Beginner/Gentle style classes. Her Vinyasa classes are challenging to both the mind and body, for she believes the personal growth we can all achieve through yoga comes from exploring the murky outer fringes of our comfort zones. She has a particular knack for challenging her students even in poses we don't typically think of as difficult. Jen's meticulously designed classes will help you build strength, recover from (and prevent!) injury, and even unburden your tired mind! She has recently joined the Kindness Yoga Teacher Training team and is excited to share the knowledge she has gained through study and practice, as well as to continue her own process of learning and growth.
