About Your Instructors

Kiayan Reuter

Kiayan Reuter, E-RYT 200, RYT 500

Kiayan has transformed herself through her yoga practice. Dedicated meditation and asana practice with a deep passion for teaching yoga to others is credited to her amazing process. This devotion to her own mental and physical evolution continues every day with an open heart. Kiayan manages Kindness Yoga Capitol Hill. Being a part of the teacher training program is an opportunity for her to share her unadulterated enthusiasm, love of yoga posture alignment and unshakable trust in the practice of yoga.

Jordan Smiley

Jordan Smiley, RYT 500

Jordan is a full-time 500-RYT accredited yoga student and teacher dedicated to honoring and sharing the joyful techniques of yoga with all people. His skilled and honorable lineage of teachers includes masters well-acquainted with all of the limbs of yoga, modern spiritual insight, contemporary dance, as well as Tantrik Buddhist and Yogic meditation. Jordan spends over 1,200 hours in the yoga classroom annually, including teaching 200-Hour level Yoga Teacher Trainings, Meditation and Anatomy Courses, where he applies the differentiation and relational skills that he acquired as a public school teacher in the Title-1 setting. Resourcing a dedicated personal practice and a heart of justice, Jordan teaches inclusive, conscientious and contagious public Vinyasa fluid movement and Alignment classes. He supports individuals in their practice; inspires and guides yoga teachers as a mentor and professional resource; teaches Mindfulness and Injury Prevention to young professional dancers; and leads workshops and immersions wherever they take him.
