Develop your skills with our signature core curriculum. Focus on creative and effective sequencing, pose knowledge, pranayama (breathwork and breathing cues), demonstration, assists, taking the seat of the teacher, and much more.

Kim Soults

Kim Soults, E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, YACEP

A former professional ballet dancer, Kim was drawn to yoga's therapeutic properties over ten years ago when she rediscovered her relationship with her body through yoga. Kim as been teaching in the Denver area since 2012 and has quickly skyrocketed leading workshops and trainings for yoga teachers and health professionals in respected studios and festivals across Colorado. Kim specializes in Adaptive Yoga as trained by Matthew Sanford, whose work with the mind-body connection has influenced all of her offerings. Kim seeks to make the tremendous healing properties of yoga accessible to all.


Kristen Boyle

Kristen Boyle, ERYT-200

Kristen Boyle is a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist. Blending this modality of mind-body healing with an alignment-based steady Vinyasa style, her yoga classes are an embodied exploration. With breath and body as the anchor to the present moment, you're able to make meaningful life connections, creating a truly transformative experience. Whether you arrive to relieve day-to-day stress or are in the process of life-changing, Kristen's voice, guidance, and wisdom will support you.

As a Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist, Kristen offers one-on-one therapeutic sessions and runs healing workshops, Transformation in 8 Themes, and yoga teacher and life mentoring and coaching.
